I only have a few moments to write in here but I'm in China and have been for a few days now! After traveling for 48+ hours by plane, train, and bus we finally made it in to Luoyang and were exhausted. But we will have internet in our apartment within the next 2 days so I will update as soon as I can. Stay tuned for pictures of our new home and the beautiful kids we get to work with!

ReplyDeleteHey Chrissy, you might not remember me but you visited my church and spoke to the youth group at First Baptist Fort Gibson. I am one of those youth and I wanted to chheck in and see how things were going in China! Hope you have fun and stay safe! Remember that things are going to get rough there but never lose faith and keep praying, God is faithful and just to deliver!!!

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad that you made it! It's suuuuuuuch a long journey, isn't it? Your journey was twice as long as mine--I can't imagine. Hopefully you're adjusting well. You will definitely have to come visit when it warms up. That would be so fun!
